Don Pepo is a free sports predictions platform that allows you to:
- Create and participate in prediction pools with friends
- Predict football match results
- Compete in rankings and leaderboards
- Earn and use virtual coins with no real monetary value
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Don Pepo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Providing truthful and up-to-date information
- Keeping your access credentials confidential
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Virtual Currency (Coins)
Coins are a virtual entertainment currency:
- They have no real monetary value
- They cannot be exchanged for real money
- They are not transferable between users

Don Pepo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Accuracy of third-party sports data
- Specific results from your participation
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
